PtX™ Human Anti-Rabbit IgG (A10B) antibody is an immunoglobulin G (IgG) antibody that specifically targets and binds to rabbit IgG. In techniques such as Western blotting and ELISA, this antibody is used to bind rabbit primary antibody that has already recognized and bound to the target protein. PtX™ Human Anti-Rabbit IgG (A10B) antibody can be conjugated with enzymes, fluorescent proteins or fluorophores, offering a versatile alternative to visualize and detect primary rabbit antibodies. In ELISA assays, PtX™ Human Anti-Rabbit IgG (A10B) antibody is routinely used as capture antibody to coat plates when determining levels of rabbit primary antibodies present in biological samples.
