CD47, also known as integrin-associated protein (IAP), is a transmembrane protein that plays a crucial role in cell adhesion, migration, and signalling. Dysregulation of CD47 expression or function has been implicated in various diseases, including cancer, inflammatory disorders, and cardiovascular diseases. CD47 is frequently overexpressed on cancer cells and enables them to evade the immune system. Our anti-CD47 (B6H12) antibody is a high-affinity, monoclonal antibody that specifically recognizes and binds to CD47 and is suitable for use in ELISAs. Our CD47 (B6H12) antibody is an ideal tool for investigating the role of CD47 in disease pathogenesis and for developing novel therapeutic strategies targeting this protein.
